how does that happen well you have to look at the lobbyists who are the lobbies pharmaceutical

Industries foreign lobbies the Israel Lobby uh you know the climate change

lobbyists you know just go down the list there are all sorts of people that are you know oil and gas

lobbies they all have money and they’re happy to sort of slip cash under the

door to anyone holding political office or running from political office in order to get control of them and people

have tended to say well that’s fine you know there was a gentleman named Buck I can’t remember his first name who was a

congressman from Colorado came from Westminster Colorado outside of

Denver he wrote a book called The Swamp is deeper than you think and he finally

retired and left Congress after a couple of terms because he says you couldn’t survive there unless you willingly

became part of the corruption machine because you as soon as you arrived were told that you have to pay X

number of dollars on a routine basis to the Republican National Committee the Democratic National Committee which

whichever one you you want to choose and they said well I have I don’t have money like that where am I going to get it my

constituents can’t raise that kind of money and they’d say well that’s why you you have the lobbyists go out of the

back door here and go down to K Street there are lots of lobbyists there they have the money get the money you need

and then you give it to us that this has been going on for a while this is not

new and so we have a government right now that is largely disconnected from

reality Washington is a bubble because the people that live in it are no longer really tied to the American people oh

they’ll throw a bone occasionally in the direction of somebody who’s a constituent they’ll stand up there and

said I brought these benefits you know for drug pricing to you or I brought you

a new manufacturing job in a plant that’s owned by one of the big five defense

corporations things like that but in reality they could care less about the people that they represent and they will

tell you voters don’t win elections donors do and they know that if they don’t do

what the donor wants the donor will support their adversary their opponent

and unseat them either in the primary excuse me or in the general election so

their attitude is uh it’s it’s either either I get into this game and I do what I have to do to stay here or

somebody else will do it and then over time it becomes very profitable they learn how to manipulate this thing look

at all the insider trading you know you could probably

indict 80% of the members of the house and the senate for insider trading at some point I mean this information is

available to them and they take they take advantage of it and who’s Prosecuting them you know we’d have

special prosecutors all over the place busy until Hill free is over if we started to dig into what all of these

people are up to so that’s why when I said hold elections the point is let’s

start over because what we’ve got is too rotten to the core to fix whereas

everybody talks about reform you can only reform so much you end up tinkering on the margins

need to do in Washington I think more and more Americans are realizing it you know I’ve always focused on defense but

it’s not just defense it’s the intelligence Community falls into the same category most of the federal

government does you know you look at this Department of Agriculture we were once world’s greatest agrarian power you

know we we shot ourselves in the foot we no longer are we could be a game by the way uh in terms of food production and

so if you go to Washington you look at the Department of Agriculture these buildings are magnificent they’re huge

and they go for several blocks but we’re not in that business anymore yet the

whole the whole idea between behind redistribution of taxpayer money and cash comes into play and so the

Department of Agriculture that we don’t actually need for what it was originally designed is another Clearing House for

cash that’s St out to various key figures various corporations that are

involved in agriculture well the same thing is true in defense uh you can go and go throughout Washington look at all

these federal agencies and you come away with a conclusion of do we really need to do all of this and somebody’ll say oh

no we don’t need to do any of it well that’s not true some of it needs to be done but if we’re going to get it done

properly we’re going to fix anything we’re going to have to start over it’s beyond the point of in my judgment

reforming a lot of things we really got to start over and build everything from the ground up yeah yeah yeah uh I would

love I would love for that to be able to happen um you and I both look look at the treasury market the long-term

treasuries the 10year treasury is what I’m talking about what’s happening there well we’re we’re inching up it was a few

days ago or a few weeks ago was 4% then it’s 4.2% that is 4.5% when it hits

5% we’re done because we can’t service the

debt you know we’re already paying out what a trillion out a year for defense trillions have to go every year

to service the debt you’re going to reach a point where you can’t manage it you can’t do it so then you go to

your the people that own your debt the people that have bought your your treasuries and effectively have been

funding the US government you say I I need to uh renegotiate the loan if you will in in

ter term that the average American can understand they say well you can try and renegotiate it but

what what evidence is there that you’re going to pay it off you’re you are uh

negligent you you have mismanaged your finances you’re so deeply in debt how

can you ever recover well then you say well I I can make changes well what do you want to

change nobody wants to change anything in Washington uh because to change something means that you disrupt the

money flow everybody wants to keep the money going but you can’t so what are you going to do you got to cut

spending cut spending that’s outrageous that can’t be done we have

over 2,000 programs that fall under the sort of broad title of

welfare uh for various people everything from food stamps to Medical medical

support and so forth how how do you deal with that well those 2000 programs were

all originally temporary fixes that all became permanent they’re now entitlements you going to

cut entitlements you going to cut defense oh we can’t cut defense why not

well we have all these enemies outside the country do we really uh or are the enemies inside the country the gates

been open for quite a while they’re already here and most of them live in Washington DC they’re killing

us that’s why I said immigration or migration has become a wmd in the hands

of our government you wield it against us and they love it and they’re arrogant

they they think they’re they’re in power for perpetuity just you try to win an

election see how far you get you know what have they done you’re you’re turning to each migrant that comes up

through the Mexican border and you’re saying here’s a four-digit number it’s part of a social security

number and this entitles you to things and then we change the law and we say

under federal law right now that if and this happened under Obama if someone walks in to vote and thinks they’re a

the law we achieved that that’s not good enough now we have to create special categories of human beings just as we

have multiple genders now there’s no such thing as a man or a woman those are artificial constructs now you have queer

a lot of Americans are struggling knowing how am I going to pay rent how am I going to afford a house how am I

going to repair my car my dishwasher my laundry machine put food on the table

and yet Biden announces another $2.3 billion doll heading to

zalinski uh why why is the Biden Administration unwilling to go to the

peace talk tables and why do they continue to let zalinski decide when the

war ends versus letting NATO say this war is over you’ve lost land you’ve lost

half a million plus people you need to end this thing where where’s the adult

in the room now well first of all all the political figures that you’re talking about here and in Europe are

fugitives from accountability uh they’ve gotten where they are by riding the train they’ve

been tinkering with the train tinkering with the locomotive the locomotive is close close to seizing up it’s not

performing very well anymore and the people on the train that you’re dragging behind them aren’t very happy the elites

are sitting in the dining car enjoying themselves everybody else is miserable sort of reminds me of that famous scene

enjoying themselves and outside in the streets are the poor Russians singing uh

revolution in other words ha haa they were fugitives from accountability we have lots of fugitives

Berlin there’s a bubble in London they’re not in touch with reality they are not going to admit mistakes they’re

that’s what’s happened in much of the rest of Europe certainly in Western Europe everyone is apologizing for being

a nationalist if you believe in your country and you identify with something and you have values that that are

don’t buy that argument this is really a fight between in many ways the

last National state in Europe with a true underlying

national identity and Russian Orthodox culture now there are Muslims in Russia

and they live in areas where they are concentrated and where they are Russian citizens they are equal before the law

and they are happy to be Russian citizens but they they also see no conflict between being a

Muslim and being a Russian national nationalist and that’s why you’ve seen the catchin

fight so effectively in Ukraine so Putin has managed this very

very well he understands his people he understands what motivates men and women

we don’t we don’t understand our own populations and our populations are now reaching a point where they’re saying

we’ve had enough and the first to do it demonstrably are the French which is interesting because we

owe so much to France French culture and civilization and as as being part of the

West we owee them everything I mean they’re they produced remarkable thinkers remarkable science technology

mathematics culture you name it they’re not the only ones but they were in the Forefront the Vanguard in many ways

coming out of the Middle Ages so they they’re rediscovering who they are and what they are and what they want to be

the question is how much longer do we go on before we embark on the same Voyage of Discovery yeah I don’t know well

don’t I don’t know that the kids in the universities these days are being taught that same thing it seems they’re being

taught to hate their country um to expect everything to be handed to them uh that they can whine

when things are unfair and they’ll they’ll get their way I I really do worry about this next Generation uh

because I I’m only maybe you know 10 or 15 years ahead of them but there’s such a difference in the way they think

compared to My Generation Well I’m sure some of your listeners have read Murray’s uh famous book the bell curve

and then more recently coming apart where he looks at all of these issues

and tries to understand them I think we have you’d have to go back over the last 40 or 50 years and systematically pick

apart all of the profound changes in the educational system and the way we do business that have brought us to this

where we have to start over now how do we do that we do we go

backwards and try to try to reanimate what was there we can do some of that

but we need a new Direction and we need the ability to forge unity in this

country and that’s very very important we have at least according to the people that are involved with the the census at
