Gaza in ruins: Israel’s criminal handiwork.

In the remaining days before ceasefire takes effect, Israel continues to flatten northern Gaza:

Aipamena

Forensic Architecture@ForensicArchi

urt. 16

Even after the announcement of a ceasefire, reports indicate that the Israeli military is continuing to flatten the remaining residential blocks in northern Gaza, leaving displaced civilians with no homes to return to. Satellite images from January 2025 reveal widespread destruction in Jabalia, Beit Lahia, and Beit Hanoun, alongside expanding tent camps in Gaza City—highlighting the mass displacement caused by the recent Israeli ground operation in northern Gaza.

If a final ceasefire agreement is not reached, Israel will likely target Gaza City next with the same tactics of systematic destruction and displacement.

Baerbock Snubs Scholz as Ukraine Aid Dispute Boils Over!

Tensions between German Chancellor Olaf Scholz (66, SPD) and Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock (44, Greens) are hitting a breaking point. During a cabinet meeting on Wednesday, Scholz attempted to address Baerbock, but she walked away without looking back.

The conflict centers on a €3 billion Ukraine aid package meticulously planned by Baerbock and Defense Minister Boris Pistorius (64, SPD). The package includes additional Iris-T air defense batteries, Patriot missiles, ten self-propelled howitzers, and more artillery ammunition. But Scholz rejected it with a firm “Njet!”

Baerbock has openly criticized the Chancellor’s veto, while Scholz cites financing concerns as the main issue. The Ukraine aid debate has already caused rifts within the coalition, with Scholz accusing FDP leader Christian Lindner in November of blocking necessary funds due to fiscal constraints.

Now, Baerbock seems unwilling to engage with the “blockade chancellor,” leaving him in the lurch during their latest clash. – Bild

After more than 15 months into the conflict in Gaza. Israel and Hamas have finally reached a ceasefire agreement, which will see Israeli hostages held in Gaza released in exchange for hundreds of Palestinians imprisoned by Israel. Officials from the U.S and Qatar said the deal would begin on Sunday.

Tony Blinken’s shocking final interview

The Grayzone’s Max Blumenthal and Aaron Mate are joined by Patrick Henningsen of 21st Century Wire to discuss Tony Blinken’s outrageous interview with the New York Times, his last as Secretary of State.

||| The Grayzone |||

transkripzioa:

0:00

Tony

0:02

blinkin I mean look at the graphic that

0:04

the New York Times created for this

0:06

interview how disturbing is this oh

0:10

Jesus he’s just kind of like there and

0:12

he looks kind of like a personable he

0:15

looks like a kind and decent

0:18

man I don’t know about that maybe a

0:21

mafia consti or something or he looks

0:23

like he’s about to interrogate you and

0:27

kiss you and then you’re gonna

0:31

um Clemens is gonna come in and strangle

0:34

you to

0:35

death and he may be speaking to you in

0:37

French because uh quiet is kept Tony

0:40

blinkin grew up in Paris and is a

0:43

Frenchman yep

0:47

um he the interview starts

0:52

off with him being asked some pretty

0:55

softball questions by his interviewer

0:57

who is Lulu Garcia Navaro

1:02

um and blinkin is kind of whining about

1:05

how Trump left them a disaster and they

1:08

tried to get through it um but then she

1:11

starts

1:12

actually respectfully grilling him on

1:16

Gaza um and I’m scrolling down to that

1:23

section here we

1:25

are and she reads off the death toll to

1:28

Tony blankin and I mean

1:31

45,000 which is actually very

1:33

conservative it’s at least 60,000 now

1:36

almost 90% of gaza’s population is no

1:39

now

1:41

displaced consistent with

1:43

characteristics of go ahead I have the

1:45

clip if you want to watch the clip yeah

1:47

yeah let’s do that do you secretary

1:50

blinkin worry that perhaps you have been

1:54

presiding over what the world will see

1:59

as a gen

2:02

side no uh it’s not how many seconds was

2:08

that in between the question and the

2:10

answer if if you’re asked are you

2:12

presiding over a genocide and you’re not

2:15

this should be a pretty quick response

2:17

no I’m not but it took him like I don’t

2:20

know two or three seconds to

2:22

say

2:24

no you know uh which I think is pretty

2:26

damning in itself um along with the rest

2:30

of the

2:30

answer

2:34

yeah the rest of that answer yes so and

2:37

now you’ll hear him even deny of course

2:39

that that it is a genocide no uh it’s

2:43

not first of all uh second as to how the

2:46

world sees it I can’t um I can’t fully

2:49

um answer to that um

2:54

but they everyone has to look at um look

2:58

at the facts and draw their their own

3:00

conclusions from from those facts and my

3:02

conclusions are are clear do you

3:08

secretary worry yeah so anyway uh what a

3:12

non-answer like everyone it’s very vague

3:14

everyone look at the facts and draw

3:15

their own conclusions but I’ve looked at

3:16

them and and no I mean he can’t actually

3:18

make a defense it’s not a genocide

3:20

because he knows that it is and he knows

3:22

that he’s at you know speaking of

3:24

drawing your own conclusions he took his

3:26

own experts conclusions and he lied

3:28

about them he went before Congress and

3:29

falsely claimed that Israel is not

3:31

blocking humanitarian Aid when his own

3:33

experts had told him that Israel is

3:35

doing exactly that so this like appeal

3:38

to looking at the facts drawing your

3:40

conclusions and he’s someone who doesn’t

3:42

practice what he preaches because he

3:44

explicitly over he explicitly lied and

3:47

concealed uh that his own experts had

3:49

warned him that Israel is blocking

3:50

humanitarian Aid as part of a

3:53

genocide and here’s uh more from Tony

3:57

well actually on the on the topic of

4:01

genocide days after that interview came

4:03

out Tony blinkin declares that the rsf

4:07

paramilitary and its Allied militias in

4:09

Sudan have committed genocide costing

4:12

tens of thousands of lives in less than

4:14

two years look I know horrific things

4:17

have happened in Sudan and the rsf

4:19

militia has killed many many people but

4:22

do we have the same level of evidence

4:25

relating to intent to commit genocide as

4:28

we have from the Israeli government

4:30

eight members of knesset including from

4:32

the ruling leud party MK Ariel cner just

4:36

introduced a resolution to allow Israel

4:40

to starve the Gaza population prevent

4:42

water from

4:44

entering I mean it’s all it’s all there

4:46

it’s all you know these are like future

4:49

exhibitions in the Gaza Holocaust

4:51

Memorial Museum that are being pumped

4:53

out by the Israeli knesset the Israeli

4:56

government every day and Tony blinkin

4:58

denies that it’s a genocide why because

5:01

number one he’s responsible for it and

5:03

number two they’re

5:05

Jewish and he just can’t allow that to

5:09

take place as the son and Grandson

5:12

son-in-law and Grandson of Israel

5:15

lobbyists then you have Tony blinkin

5:17

recounting all of the Valiant efforts

5:21

that he made in his interview to stop

5:24

this non- genocide and this is so

5:27

telling this section he said the very

5:29

first trip that I made to Israel 5 days

5:31

after October 7th I spent with my team

5:33

nine hours in the idf’s headquarters in

5:36

Tel Aviv hakira six stories underground

5:39

with the Israeli government including

5:40

the Prime Minister including arguing for

5:43

hours on end about the basic proposition

5:46

that the humanitarian assistance needed

5:48

to get to Palestinians in Gaza and that

5:50

was an argument that took place because

5:52

you had in Israel in the days after

5:54

October 7th a totally traumatized

5:56

Society this wasn’t just the prime

5:58

minister or a given leader in is Israel

6:00

this was an entire society that didn’t

6:02

want any assistance getting to a single

6:04

Palestinian in Gaza I argued that for n

6:07

hours so there’s so many layers here but

6:11

first he’s acknowledging all of Israel

6:13

is genocidal while denying there’s a

6:16

genocide then he but he they’re they’re

6:18

allowed to be genocidal because they’re

6:20

traumatized do you ever hear him talk

6:22

about Palestinians in that way calling

6:24

them gen uh traumatized people who’ve

6:26

been under occupation for 70 years

6:28

who’ve been ethnically cleansed who are

6:30

living in an open air prison camp behind

6:33

electrified walls with machine guns on

6:36

their towers no

6:39

no and what is he doing

6:43

arguing with the leaders of a country

6:46

that has like seven or eight million

6:48

citizens or maybe 10 million citizens

6:51

many of them living around the world

6:53

when you are the secretary of state of

6:56

the most powerful country in human

6:58

history and you’re arguing with them

7:00

please can you allow some water bottles

7:02

in there and some diapers like I would

7:04

just love if you would do look if you

7:06

would do that uh I’ll give you so many

7:08

bombs you’re gonna get so you’re gonna

7:10

get the biggest bombs you’re gonna drop

7:12

them on so many Palestinians but just

7:14

let I mean why doesn’t he use the point

7:17

of Leverage that would actually force

7:18

them to do that or would have forced a

7:20

hostage deal immediately that would have

7:22

spared all the

7:23

killing because he can’t that exposes

7:27

him this this whole pass Mage exposes

7:31

Tony blinkin as a gigantic fraud and not

7:33

a diplomat the Diplomat would have used

7:36

Leverage The Diplomat of a powerful

7:38

country like the you and he’s never once

7:40

used that

7:41

Leverage The the worst part is he made

7:44

that statement that I I tried but I you

7:46

know I argued for hours and of course it

7:48

was utter failure but he’s trying to get

7:50

the comp the the crowd the public on his

7:52

side um that to see to view him as a

7:55

compassionate uh person when in fact

7:57

he’s presiding over the worst Slaughter

7:59

imaginable so he’s he has all the traits

8:01

of a maybe get Jordan Peterson in for

8:03

the psychoanalysis but a CO narcissist

8:06

or something like that but um blinkin is

8:09

just very manipulative um in in his

8:11

demeanor and how he sort of positions

8:13

himself yeah and he’s not going to be

8:15

able to escape history He he’ll get a

8:17

worse treatment than Henry Kissinger I I

8:20

predict for the you know for the Gen

8:22

zers

8:24

inshah Aaron what’s Tony blinken’s next

8:28

ACT going to be what do you predict

8:32

well before he joined the Biden

8:33

Administration he was at West exe what

8:37

they called West exec advisers you know

8:39

consulting firm profiting over global

8:42

misery of the variety that he now

8:44

spreads and also he was a columnist at

8:46

the New York Times he would he would

8:48

write regular pieces for the New York

8:50

Times um including I remember he wrote

8:52

One basically throwing Obama under the

8:54

bus because OB you know who who blinkin

8:56

served under because Obama wouldn’t send

8:59

the level of weapons to Ukraine that

9:00

blinkin wanted so blinkin was doing

9:02

things like throwing his own former boss

9:04

under the bust for not being enough of a

9:06

warmonger so I suspect he’ll return to

9:10

that line of work you know profiting off

9:11

of death and misery and then writing

9:13

think pieces for Liberal audiences to

9:15

justify it do you think he’ll launch a

9:17

podcast you know one-on-one with Tony I

9:20

think that’s I think that’s a fair bet

9:21

yes I do that’s possible maybe some like

9:24

he he’ll like have a patreon page to

9:25

give guitar

9:27

lessons um be in with uh you know what

9:31

Neil Young and all his idols he’s

9:34

already extremely wealthy a lot of it’s

9:37

inherited I drive by his house sometimes

9:40

I was kind of peripherally around kibuts

9:42

blinking the protest movement outside

9:43

his home it’s an it’s it’s a ma it’s an

9:46

enormous Mansion overlooking the pomac

9:48

on chainbridge road and it’s five

9:50

minutes down the road from uh the CIA

9:54

from Langley and that Patrick you

9:57

mentioned how the Tesla’s a status

9:58

symbol inside the Beltway when you drive

10:01

by the CIA you just on a workday you see

10:03

like an endless line of Teslas with

10:05

Ukraine flags on them just like it’s the

10:07

whole research department and they’re

10:09

all Democrats then blink’s like right

10:12

down the road and uh I mean across the

10:15

street from him is a house that’s been

10:17

on the market it’s like $40 million for

10:20

sale he has enormous amounts of money so

10:22

I think he may go into like a teaching

10:25

position in Harvard that’s what Hillary

10:26

did at

10:27

Colombia and

10:30

the students who made Hillary’s life

10:32

uncomfortable at Colombia deserve

10:34

enormous amounts of respect uh because

10:37

they won’t allow this to be normalized

10:39

and Tony blinkin should not be allowed

10:41

to have a moment of Peace once he leaves

10:44

the administration we can’t forget what

10:46

he did uh he any institution he enters

10:50

should be considered poisoned and

10:52

fundamentally toxic because he is a

10:56

soft-handed sociopathic

10:59

war criminal on par with the worst

11:01

criminals in history for what he’s done

11:03

in Gaza because again could have ended

11:06

it with one phone call he could have

11:08

done

11:09

it and he he he constantly claims Biden

11:12

was in charge of everything come

11:15

on come on and Biden considers Tony

11:18

blinkin kind of like a a surrogate son

11:21

like you know the son he wished Hunter

11:23

Biden had been so Tony blinkin had

11:26

enormous amounts of Leverage with Biden

11:28

as well

11:31

these these figures I mean how long does

11:33

it have to go on for like what is the

11:36

objective

11:38

and what has Israel gotten really I me

11:41

they’ve destroyed Gaza they’re still

11:43

getting

11:44

attacked uh from the rear by alasam and

11:50

Palestinian Islamic Jihad Fighters they

11:51

haven’t stamped them out there’s a new

11:53

article in uh Jerusalem Post claiming

11:56

Hamas has replenished its ranks and now

11:58

has 20 2 3,000 Fighters um faster than

12:02

they’ve been eliminated that netanyahu’s

12:04

numbers are all off um you can see

12:06

videos of operations every

12:09

day and uh Israel is the Pariah state it

12:12

deserves to be and they still have their

12:15

hostages

12:17

there this was this is also a strategic

12:19

failure on the part of blinkin who

12:21

claimed coming into office that he cared

12:23

so much about Israel and that he was

12:24

there to save them and push a two-state

12:27

solution so

12:29

uh not in addition to being just you

12:31

know on a moral from a moral perspective

12:34

a massive criminal and a villain of

12:36

History um strategically and

12:38

diplomatically he’s a failure which is

12:40

something that I

12:41

think distinguishes him from Kissinger

12:45

who left the Nixon Administration with

12:47

the Triumph of Nixon going to China and

12:50

the sinos Soviet

12:54

split um no matter what TR yeah he could

12:57

follow the footsteps of Tony Blair

12:59

who’s a equally despicable type of

13:01

character but Tony Blair carved out a

13:04

Middle East Envoy kind of career for a

13:07

good decade with Tony Blair and

13:08

Associates took over the uh whole

13:11

seventh floor of the King David hotel or

13:13

something or one of those in Jerusalem

13:15

and he set himself up as the kind of

13:17

middleman for everything yeah and and I

13:20

think blinkin might attempt something

13:23

like this I I just have a suspicion um

13:26

looking at the type of person he is yeah

13:29

I mean the normalization between Israel

13:31

and the Saudis in the UAE gives him the

13:33

contacts he needs to become a middleman

13:36

and to Rak in tons of contracts the way

13:39

Tony blinkin did where I think it was at

13:42

the American Colony Hotel Tony Blair

13:44

Tony Blair did he was at the American

13:46

Colony Hotel in East Jerusalem and he

13:48

was um you know a lobbyist for JP Morgan

13:52

and then he would bring in the contract

13:54

for the UAE to take over the Palestinian

13:57

Telecom company like alwa

13:59

and then he would get all the Kickbacks

14:02

behind the guys of trying to negotiate

14:04

peace with this massive staff there um

14:07

yeah that’s a good guess but it’ll be

14:10

fascinating and outrageous to see what

14:13

the Biden people do after they leave

14:16

office also Samantha

14:17

power one of the biggest moral frauds of

14:20

the

14:21

administration she’s a

14:23

Harvard yep she’ll go back to Harvard

14:26

Kennedy

14:27

School um

14:30

yeah poisonous institutions and Trump

14:33

will and Trump will and his team will

14:34

manage to make them look like uh the

14:36

adults in the room after he’s done

14:39

that’s my

14:41

prediction

14:43

Aaron any

14:45

uh me and Patrick were talking a lot

14:48

about what we expect from the Trump

14:50

Administration any thoughts before we go

14:52

on what we have to look forward to you

14:55

know just as we’re talking about blank

14:57

Ken his plans and the incoming circle

15:00

around Trump I’m just reminded of what

15:02

Hannibal of The A Team said in the A

15:04

team’s last episode he said why there’s

15:06

a world of slime balls out there and uh

15:10

that’s all I could think of right now is

15:11

there’s a lot of slime balls in both

15:13

parties and uh they’re in charge

15:16

Blinken cornered as two brave reporters expose US media personnel’s cowardice | Janta Ka Reporter

Two brave reporters namely Max Blumenthal and Sam Husseini became heroes on Thursday when they exposed the outgoing US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and his pliable media friends on Gaza complicity.

Rifat Jawaid returns with his sharp commentary highlighting what today’s developments mean for US citizens in general.

Transkripzioa:

0:00

ladies and gentlemen the US has truly

0:03

been taken over by Israeli zionists and

0:07

their takeover of the US was completed

0:09

during the outgoing Biden Harris

0:12

Administration this was possible largely

0:15

due to the hard work done by war

0:17

criminal Anthony

0:19

blinken if you wanted to see the

0:21

evidence of what I’m saying you had to

0:24

watch Anthony blinken’s last PR

0:27

interaction as the Secretary of State

0:29

just a few hours ago his press briefing

0:33

was marred by chaos as upright reporters

0:36

reporters who refused to tow the US

0:39

government line exploded in Anger as

0:42

they accused blinken of complicity in

0:45

the Gaza genocide the first reporter who

0:48

decided to embarrass blinken was Max

0:51

blumental from greyzone media he

0:54

interrupted blinken just when he was

0:56

lecturing the room full of spineless

0:59

media Representatives about his

1:01

so-called achievement in negotiating the

1:04

Raza Seas fire

1:06

deal Max reminded blinken of the role he

1:10

had played in sending lethal bombs to

1:13

Israel so that civilians as well as 300

1:16

journalists could be

1:18

massacred war criminals like blinken try

1:21

to hide the facts with misinformation

1:23

lies fake news but Max rightly said that

1:27

the ceasefire deal could have been

1:29

achiev achieved last year when Hamas had

1:32

accepted Biden’s

1:34

formula 300 reporters in Gaza were on

1:36

the receiving end of your bombs why did

1:38

you keep the bombs flowing when we had a

1:40

deal in may we all knew we had a deal

1:43

everyone in this room knows we had a

1:44

deal Tony and you kept the bombs flowing

1:46

why did you sacrifice the rules based

1:48

order on the mantle of your commitment

1:50

to Zionism why did you allow my friends

1:53

to be Massac why did you allow my

1:55

friend’s homes in Gaza to be destroyed

1:57

when we had a deal in May you helped

2:00

destroy our religion Judaism by

2:02

associating it with fascism you waved

2:05

the White Flag before at you waved the

2:08

White Flag before Israeli

2:11

fascism your father-in-law was an Israel

2:13

lobbyist your grandfather was an Israel

2:15

lobbyist are you compromised by Israel

2:17

why did you allow the Holocaust of our

2:19

time to happen how does it feel to have

2:21

your legacy be genocide how does it feel

2:24

to have your legacy be genocide you too

2:26

Matt you SM through the whole thing

2:28

every day

2:33

thank you then came Sam huseni who too

2:37

has always raised his voice against the

2:39

US administration’s complicity in the

2:42

Gaza

2:43

genocide you have seen that Matthew

2:46

Miller the state Department’s Zionist

2:48

spokesperson has always ensured the Sam

2:51

was never allowed to ask

2:53

questions like Max stam to pointed out

2:56

blink’s direct participation in the Raza

2:59

genocide

3:00

as he wondered why blinken was not in

3:03

the heg for his war crimes then what

3:05

happened blink’s Associates deployed

3:08

several armed police Personnel to get

3:11

Sam forcibly evicted from The Briefing

3:14

room thank

3:16

you I look forward to answering

3:18

questions thank

3:26

you thank

3:27

you I look forward to answering question

3:29

questions in a minute thank you I’m not

3:32

a everyone will have an opportunity to

3:33

ask question in just a minute thank you

3:36

has expit told me he will not answer my

3:38

questions I’m Justified what I’m doing

3:41

get your hands off me get your hands off

3:44

me get your hands off me get your hands

3:47

off me answer a damn question I look

3:49

forward to answering questions in about

3:51

Israel’s nuclear weapons everybody from

3:53

the IJ I was sitting here quietly and

3:56

now I’m being manhandled by two or three

3:58

people now see in this video how Matthew

4:01

Miller the slimy Zionist in the state

4:05

department was the one who suggested the

4:07

idea of using armed police to have Sam

4:11

arrested why because he was just being a

4:13

journalist and asking an honest

4:17

question holding Anthony blink to

4:19

account aren’t we supposed to do exactly

4:22

that as aight journalists from Gaza City

4:25

said

4:26

simply we are being reborn

4:29

it’s also a moment of historic

4:31

possibility you can

4:33

sir I’m happy to address

4:56

question answering questions in a minute

4:59

not

5:01

everyone will have an opportunity to ask

5:02

question in just a minute thank

5:09

youit I

5:11

have no greater pleasure in this job

5:15

than Crossing off a list I carry in my

5:17

pocket the names of those who have been

5:19

arbitrarily detained and unfairly held

5:21

hostage unjustly held hostage and

5:24

bringing them home returning them to

5:25

their families returning them to their

5:27

loved

5:27

ones finally

5:31

what was even more horrifying was the

5:34

utter Silence from those spineless media

5:37

Personnel sitting comfortably in that

5:40

room when their colleague was being

5:43

arrested for asking a

5:46

question they chose to fall in line as

5:49

they have done so in the last four years

5:51

than stand up for their upright

5:55

colleagues as for blinken this repugnant

5:58

deviant moral bankrupt mentally drenched

6:01

child killer and corrupt to the core man

6:04

was lying even

6:06

here just like he lied all through his

6:09

tenure as the Secretary of

6:11

State he kept promising Max and Sam that

6:14

they should be patient and there they

6:16

will get the chance to ask their

6:17

questions even when his armed militia

6:20

were busy forcibly arresting them for

6:23

just being

6:25

journalists and these criminals

6:27

pontificate the world on freedom of

6:30

expression this is the country that

6:32

claims to have the First Amendment which

6:34

guarantees citizens freedom of

6:37

expression but since this country is now

6:39

in the firm grip of Israel and

6:42

billionaire zionists who cares about the

6:45

First Amendment no us laws apply to

6:48

zionists this dangerous Trend was set by

6:52

blinken during his term as the Secretary

6:54

of State in the last four

6:57

years even in his final press briefing

7:00

blinkin was asked to criticize Netanyahu

7:03

for dragging his feet on the ceasefire

7:06

deal this severely compromised Zionist

7:09

politician simply refused to do so and

7:12

blamed Hamas and Palestinians for their

7:15

own genericide in

7:16

Gaza in Gaza we faced a uniquely

7:20

challenging situation in trying to make

7:22

final

7:23

determinations um because uniquely in

7:27

Gaza besides having a population that’s

7:29

been trapped there that has nowhere else

7:30

to go you have an enemy that embeds

7:34

itself in and among civilians uh houses

7:39

hospitals

7:41

mosques

7:43

schools

7:45

and getting a clear picture and a clear

7:49

understanding of whether any one

7:51

incident in that context constitutes a

7:54

violation of uh international law in one

7:57

way or another is an incredibly

8:00

complicated thing to do especially to do

8:02

in real time so we continue to gather

8:04

the information we continue to um assess

8:07

it if we have any conclusions that we

8:09

can draw in the time that remains we

8:11

will and then he repeated his lies in

8:13

his interview with the CNN when the US

8:16

media Outlets representative ask him

8:18

about his concerns if any on the war

8:21

crimes being committed by Israel I’m

8:23

going to ask you about your own

8:25

officials here in the state department

8:27

you know more than a dozen have resigned

8:29

and very very deeply concerned that the

8:31

actual American laws governing the use

8:33

of military aid have not been followed

8:36

um and furthermore I’m going to ask you

8:38

about the Israelis themselves who talk

8:40

about war crimes uh Moshe yon the former

8:44

Defense secretary for Netanyahu Le

8:46

goodnik not a bleeding heart liberal

8:48

ethnic cleansing and war crimes are

8:50

taking part and he’s doubled down on

8:52

that the truth Warriors at haret who

8:54

discovered what Israeli soldiers have

8:56

been saying that they have in the recent

8:59

past

9:00

recent present been even considering

9:02

children who come to a certain area as

9:05

terrorists um that the brave soldiers

9:07

from breaking the silence and taking the

9:10

confessions of IDF coming back and you

9:13

know who many of them some of them

9:16

concerned about what they have been

9:18

doing are you prepared to say that war

9:21

crimes have been committed by Israel I

9:24

can’t speak to individual in instances

9:28

um I can say obviously we’ve had

9:31

concerns more than concerns about the

9:33

way Israel has conducted itself um

9:37

understanding first of all that this is

9:38

a unique environment one we haven’t

9:40

really seen before one where you have a

9:42

population that’s trapped inside of Gaza

9:43

and virtually every other situation in

9:45

the world uh people are able to get out

9:48

of Harm’s Way they become refugees in a

9:50

neighboring country that’s not a good

9:51

thing but it’s better than being caught

9:53

in the middle of of this kind of

9:55

malstrom second uniquely you have an

9:58

enemy that intentionally embeds itself

10:01

within the civilian population in and

10:03

under apartments in and under schools

10:05

mosques hospitals this is precisely what

10:08

I have always feared I knew zionists

10:11

would one day take full control of

10:13

Western countries such as the US and the

10:15

UK but I never knew that this

10:18

transformation will take place so soon

10:21

see the UK is not important here as it

10:23

is hardly a player in global

10:25

politics British politicians like to be

10:28

delusional in think thinking that

10:29

they’re important but the reality is

10:32

that no one gives a damn about them they

10:35

will do what Their Zionist Masters in

10:37

the US and Israel will instruct them to

10:39

do unlike Americans British politicians

10:42

are cheap and Israelis do not have to

10:45

pay a lot of money to buy their

10:48

conscience so you thought Israelis were

10:50

committing atrocities in Gaza Israelis

10:52

have truly taken over your freedom in

10:55

the US without you even

10:57

realizing today’s develop ments are case

11:00

in

11:01

example remember the Despicable fashion

11:04

in which they reacted when it came to

11:06

helping their own citizens the victims

11:08

of the California fires the same

11:11

Congress which bankrolled billions of

11:14

dollars to Israel without asking a

11:16

question to kill innocent Palestinians

11:18

and politicians from the US made a beine

11:21

to visit Israel to sign these bombs

11:24

before Israelis could drop them on

11:27

Palestinian children the same Congress

11:31

now wanted to set conditions before

11:33

helping their own citizens in California

11:36

and yet there was absolutely no protest

11:39

from anywhere in the US mark my words

11:42

these bloodthirsty zionists on the

11:45

Israeli payroll will come to attack all

11:48

of you no matter where you live in the

11:50

US the Takeover of the US by Zionist is

11:56

complete that’s it from me thank you

11:58

very much for your support of this

11:59

12:04

BREAKING: Chaos in Blinken’s last press briefing as reporters explode in anger | Janta Ka Reporter

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken was in for shock as reporters exploded in anger during his last press briefing. Blinken’s colleagues immediately rushed to save his embarrassment and forcibly evicted those reporters from the building.

Angry reporters questioned Blinken’s complicity in Gaza as one asked why he was not facing charges at the International Criminal Court.

more effective we’re more prepared for

0:59

the challenges of a new era so uh we

1:01

said we would run through the

1:02

tape and I think we’ve been going into a

1:04

full Sprint this has been quite an

1:06

eventful final week for this

1:09

Administration uh making good on the

1:11

president’s commitment to use every

1:13

minute every day of every week that we

1:15

had to get

1:17

results um when I came down here on my

1:20

first full day in office uh back when I

1:23

had a little bit less gray hair as my

1:25

daughter likes to point out I spoke

1:27

about how the work that we do

1:30

to keep the American people in the world

1:32

informed uh through you with you could

1:36

not be more

1:38

important um most of us have traveled uh

1:42

well more than a million miles now

1:45

together we’ve done it with a remarkable

1:48

press Court people that I’ve gotten to

1:50

know as as colleagues if I said friends

1:53

that might actually create problems for

1:55

you but um let me simply say how much I

1:57

appreciate the partnership the

1:59

profession ISM the work that we’ve done

2:02

I have even greater respect even greater

2:06

appreciation uh for you asking the tough

2:08

questions for you holding us to

2:11

account um being on the receiving end

2:14

sometimes that it’s not always the most

2:15

comfortable thing not always the most

2:17

enjoyable thing but it is the most

2:19

necessary thing in our democracy on

2:23

theing end of your bombs why did you

2:25

keep the flowing when we had a deal I’m

2:27

happy to address questions knew we had a

2:29

deal everyone

2:32

I’m happy to address questions when we

2:33

get a chance thank

2:40

you I’m happy to address your questions

2:43

when we when we get to questions thank

2:48

youy I have have statement to make thank

2:53

you you w the White Flag Israeli I look

2:57

forward to taking questions when I get a

2:58

chance to finish my

3:02

are

3:03

compromised why did allow hoc

3:06

of how does it feel to have your legacy

3:09

be genocide how does it feel to have

3:11

your legacy be genocide youo mat SM

3:13

through the whole thing

3:18

day thank you and uh thank you Matt now

3:22

I’ve got a few more things to say and

3:23

I’m happy to take any question about

3:25

anything as we’ve done uh these past

3:28

four years uh um and indeed I’ll talk a

3:32

little bit about the developments the

3:33

last few days as well but I first really

3:35

wanted to say thank you to each and

3:36

every one of you and also thank you to

3:39

may not everyone well okay I was there’s

3:42

an asterisk and yes thank you mat Lee um

3:45

but also uh to uh a remarkable press

3:48

team here led by Matt Miller uh who do

3:52

the work every day of trying to make

3:54

sure that you’re informed the American

3:57

people are informed

3:59

let me also just take a step back uh

4:02

before diving into the developments of

4:03

this week uh these last days just to

4:06

consider how far we’ve come over these

4:07

past four years and also to think a

4:10

little bit about where we might be going

4:11

from here when President Biden took

4:13

office the United States faced the worst

4:16

Public Health crisis in more than a

4:19

century it faced the worst economic

4:21

crisis since the Great Depression and

4:24

unprecedented breaches with allies and

4:27

partners around the world our adversar

4:30

saw a historic opportunity to work

4:32

together to challenge our interests to

4:34

challenge our Global standing to

4:36

challenge the International System of

4:37

rules and principles on which our

4:40

security and prosperity

4:42

depend first time I had an opportunity

4:44

to speak at length in this role I laid

4:47

out how we would work to leverage

4:48

American diplomacy to safeguard and

4:51

accelerate America’s renewal how we

4:54

would reimagine and

4:56

Revitalize our greatest strategic asset

4:59

our unmatched network of allies and

5:01

partners to deliver on issues that

5:03

actually matter in the lives of our

5:05

fellow citizens matter in their

5:07

livelihoods matter in their Futures and

5:09

to defend against increasingly assertive

5:12

and aggressive religionist authoritarian

5:14

powers and also how we modernize our own

5:17

diplomacy to try to deliver on these

5:19

priorities to ensure that this

5:20

department is ready to meet the tests of

5:23

a more contested a more complicated a

5:26

more combustible

5:27

world uh as president bid emphasized

5:30

when he was here on Monday thanks to

5:32

Historic Investments at home and around

5:35

the world the United States can Now

5:38

operate from a position of Greater

5:39

strength to tackle all of these

5:41

challenges our adversaries and

5:43

competitors are weaker our strategy of

5:46

renewal to set the stage for America to

5:48

win the fierce competition to shape a

5:51

new era of international Affairs to the

5:53

benefit of our people for the benefit of

5:55

people around the world and I think this

5:57

week was another reminder both of the

5:59

the power and the purpose of American

6:01

leadership and American diplomacy over

6:04

15

6:05

months of devastating conflict between

6:08

Israel and Hamas we’ve worked to broker

6:11

a deal that would bring hostages home

6:13

that would stop the fighting that would

6:15

surge humanitarian Aid to people who so

6:16

desperately need it that would create

6:18

the space to conclude a permanent

6:21

ceasefire we now have that and we expect

6:24

implementation of the agreement to begin

6:27

on Sunday as President Biden said

6:29

yesterday after more than 400 Days of

6:32

struggle a day of success has

6:35

arrived I want to thank our fellow

6:38

mediators cter in Egypt for their

6:41

extraordinary partnership and I want to

6:43

thank my colleagues in particular Jake

6:45

Sullivan Bill Burns Brett mcer for their

6:48

remarkable skill tireless dedication

6:51

over these many months of negotiation

6:54

will you recognize the Geneva

6:56

conventions apply to the Palestinians

6:58

and again I’m happy to address questions

6:59

when we have a chance um I’m happy to

7:01

address uh questions in a moment thank

7:04

you this is a moment of tremendous

7:08

relief for Israelis and Palestinians

7:11

alike the daughter of one hostage spoke

7:13

for many when she

7:16

said I can’t wait to see them come back

7:18

to their families I’m so desperate to

7:21

see them a mother of five displaced from

7:23

Gaza City said

7:24

simply we are being

7:26

reborn it’s also a moment of historic

7:29

possibility for the region and well

7:32

beyond it’s going to take tremendous

7:36

effort political courage compromise to

7:37

realize that possibility to try to

7:39

ensure that the gains that have been

7:41

achieved over the past 15 months at

7:43

enormous excruciating cost are actually

7:46

enduring to manage the still profound

7:48

risks to deliver on the promise of a

7:51

more integrated Middle East and simply

7:54

put to forge this reality there are two

7:56

immediate imperatives first

8:00

to fully implement the ceasefire deal

8:02

and then second to finalize a plan an

8:05

effective plan as I spelled out early

8:07

this week that provides for gaza’s

8:09

transitional governance its security its

8:11

reconstruction and that can make the

8:13

Halt and fighting endure delivering on

8:15

these two priorities will in turn create

8:17

the conditions for Israel and Saudi

8:19

Arabia to normalize relations between

8:21

them which will require a credible

8:23

Pathway to a Palestinian State on each

8:25

of these imperatives we’ve delivered

8:27

concrete progress and we’ve laid a

8:29

foundation for Success which we will

8:31

hand over to the incoming

8:33

Administration together they represent a

8:35

historic opportunity to advance the

8:37

long-term interest of the United States

8:39

our partners in the region and around

8:41

the Middle East in Ukraine as well we’ve

8:43

seen the results of steadfast American

8:46

leadership we rallied and kept together

8:48

some 50 countries to help Ukraine defend

8:50

itself from Putin’s war of aggression

8:52

through Ukrainian courage and also

8:55

Western resolve and Firepower Ukraine

8:57

repelled Russia’s Invasion and took back

8:59

half the territory it originally

9:01

seized we’ve marshaled commitments from

9:04

countries around the world that will

9:06

help Ukraine deter and defend against

9:08

future attacks and stand on its own feet

9:10

militarily economically democratically

9:13

we’ve also imposed the most ambitious

9:14

sanctions and Export controls ever on

9:16

Russia cutting off its biggest banks

9:19

reducing dramatically Europe’s Reliance

9:21

on Russian energy oil and gas almost to

9:24

zero at this point as a result of some

9:26

of our latest sanctions Russian oil

9:28

tankers are p ing up along the Chinese

9:30

Coast unable to offload Ukraine will

9:34

continue to stand as an independent

9:36

Democratic Nation anchored in the west

9:39

with the freedom to choose its own

9:41

future if we sustain our support for

9:44

Ukraine if we continue to exacerbate

9:46

Putin’s growing Manpower and economic

9:47

dilemas we can continue to help

9:50

ukrainians gain leverage to negotiate a

9:52

just and secure

9:53

peace now I got back from what was my

9:57

21st trip to the Indo Pacific in this

9:58

job just just a short while ago a region

10:02

where the United States is now competing

10:03

from a position of strength we brought

10:06

our regional allies together are

10:07

Partners together around a shared vision

10:10

for free and open intoo Pacific where

10:12

goods and ideas and people flow freely

10:14

where rules are applied fairly and

10:16

transparently where countries are free

10:18

to choose both their own path and their

10:20

own Partners we enhance bilateral

10:23

relationships with our core treaty

10:24

allies with Japan South Korea Australia

10:27

the Philippines we forged a new era of

10:30

trilateral cooperation with Japan and

10:32

Korea with Japan and the Philippines as

10:34

well we reenergize the quad with Japan

10:38

India Australia strengthened our

10:40

relationships with asan the Pacific

10:42

island countries elevated Partnerships

10:43

with Vietnam and

10:45

Indonesia as the dprk and the PRC

10:48

continue to fuel Putin’s war of

10:50

aggression against Ukraine underscoring

10:52

how European and Asian security are

10:55

indivisible we’ve also built enduring

10:57

Bridges between our Pacific and Atlantic

10:59

allies and partners Australia Japan and

11:02

South Korea provided important support

11:04

to Ukraine in 2021 European allies were

11:07

on the verge of signing a massive trade

11:09

agreement with China now they’re

11:11

coordinating with us on everything from

11:12

investment screening mechanisms to

11:13

supply chain resilience to pushing back

11:16

on China’s overc capacity and unfair

11:17

Trade Practices at the same time we’ve

11:20

managed our competition with China

11:21

responsibly so it doesn’t Veer into

11:23

conflict while also cooperating on

11:25

challenges where the world expects great

11:27

powers to lead and where it’s clearly in

11:29

the interest of the American people from

11:30

climate change to

11:32

fentanyl we’ve also demonstrated that

11:35

other countries can rely on the United

11:37

States to tackle some of our biggest

11:39

shareed challenges and deliver on some

11:42

of our own na on their own National

11:43

aspirations preventing disease outbreaks

11:46

enhancing food security

11:48

accelbit bringing together a global

11:50

Coalition of more than 160 countries to

11:53

address the synthetic opioid

11:54

crisis as we celebrate the return of

11:58

hostages in Gaza including

12:00

Americans as we look to relief for the

12:03

people of Gaza I’m also thinking of all

12:06

those US citizens who are held

12:07

wrongfully who are hostage in countries

12:10

around the world um I carried with

12:18

me again I’m happy to address questions

12:20

in just a in a few more minutes I look

12:22

forward to answering question few more

12:23

minutes thank you thank you thank you

12:28

12:31

12:33

12:41

12:42

12:45

not everyone will have an opportunity to

12:47

ask question in just a minute thank

12:48

youer has explicitly told me he will not

12:51

answer my questions I’m just I’m

12:54

do I

12:56

have no greater pleasure in this job

13:00

than Crossing off a list I carry in my

13:02

pocket the names of those who had been

13:04

arbitrarily detained and unfairly held

13:06

hostage unjustly held hostage and

13:09

bringing them home returning them to

13:10

their families returning them to their

13:12

loved

13:13

ones finally I just wanted to share this

13:15

13:17

hands off me get your hands off me

13:20

13:22

13:24

Israel’s nuclear weapons everybody from

13:26

13:28

13:32

people you pontificate about a free

13:35

press you pontificate about a free press

13:38

you you are hurting me you are hurting

13:40

me you are hurting me I’m asking

13:43

questions after being told by Matt

13:45

Miller that he will not answer my

13:46

questions until I please sir respect the

13:49

respect the process we’ll have an

13:50

opportunity to take questions in a few

13:52

minutes was the point of the uh a the um

13:55

May 31st statement to block the icj

13:58

orders he blocked icj

14:00

orders please sir respect the process

14:03

thank you oh respect the process respect

14:05

this process while everybody everybody

14:07

from the from

14:09

International from International to the

14:11

14:14

extermination and you’re telling me to

14:16

14:19

you in the H why aren’t you in the H why

14:23

are

14:27

14:30

we’ve worked to modernize our diplomacy

14:31

so that we’re more agile we’re more

14:34

effective we’re more prepared for the

14:35

challenges of a new era

Professor Norman Finkelstein will deliver a talk to the Community Church of Boston about the genocide in Gaza. Following his talk, there will be a Q&A discussion.

Norman G. Finkelstein received his PhD from the Princeton University Politics Department in 1987. He is the author of many books that have been translated into 60 foreign editions, including The Holocaust Industry: Reflections on the Exploitation of Jewish suffering, Gaza: An Inquest into its Martyrdom, and most recently, I’ll Burn That Bridge When I Get To It: Politically Incorrect Thoughts on Cancel Culture and Academic Freedom. In the year 2020, Norman Finkelstein was named the fifth most influential political scientist in the world.

Transkripzioa:

0:00

negotiations that

0:02

climaxed in this ceasefire

0:05

agreement I’ve of course read the

0:09

agreement the

0:11

text and I’ve read some commentary but I

0:14

didn’t follow it very closely I was

0:16

working on a book on Gaza which was

0:19

preoccupying

0:20

me my basic feeling no I don’t want to

0:24

quote a

0:25

feeling my basic understanding is the

0:29

following

0:31

number

0:33

one uh there is a

0:36

interesting uh analogy to what just

0:41

happened with the

0:42

ceasefire I suspect nobody in the among

0:46

your viewers and listeners will know

0:51

that on January 17th that is today

0:56

January 17th 2009

1:01

operation

1:03

castled ended that was the Israeli

1:06

assault on Gaza at the time it seemed

1:11

like a very large

1:14

assault uh it lasted from August excuse

1:18

me from December

1:20

26th till January

1:23

17th when Amnesty International called

1:27

22 days of death and D

1:31

destruction and you know why it ended

1:35

it’s an

1:36

interesting story of great

1:41

relevance with the recent developments

1:43

in Gaza it ended because President

1:48

Obama was going to be

1:51

inaugurated

1:54

president and he didn’t

1:57

want this show in

2:02

Gaza to

2:04

distract

2:06

attention from his

2:08

coronation and so he told Israel end the

2:13

attack and it did very

2:17

obediently it did as the master ordered

2:23

them them being Israel to

2:27

do in the current

2:31

situation as you will recall about a

2:35

month

2:37

ago

2:39

um president Trump

2:42

announced that if the hostages were not

2:46

released at the time of his

2:50

inauguration there would be all hell to

2:54

pay

2:56

now Trump president Trump

3:01

he

3:02

didn’t

3:04

want to begin his

3:08

presidency by having to

3:11

unleash a Savage assault on

3:15

Gaza first of all because the people of

3:18

Gaza had already paid

3:21

hell in the past 15

3:24

months so there wasn’t much more that he

3:28

could do

3:31

and

3:32

secondly because he didn’t want to

3:36

begin his

3:38

presidency on such a

3:42

merciless heartless

3:46

note and so he read the riot act or

3:51

his

3:53

Emissary read the riot act to

3:57

Netanyahu as in sign the

4:01

agreement the agreement which apparently

4:03

doesn’t differ in any significant way

4:07

from the agreement that was agreed to in

4:09

May of this past

4:12

year and it ended the lesson to be

4:16

learned from there is when an American

4:20

president says

4:21

stop it

4:23

stops all this talk about Americans

4:28

having no power

4:30

that Netanyahu doesn’t listen that and

4:33

so on it’s just

4:36

nonsense

4:38

now having said

4:41

that as you know there are two

4:47

components to the

4:50

ceasefire one

4:52

is the mutual hostage

4:58

exchange the thousands of hostages that

5:02

are being held by

5:05

Israel versus the hundred or less

5:09

hostages currently being held by

5:13

Hamas there is the hostage

5:17

exchange but there is also a second

5:21

aspect that is the promise of admitting

5:26

humanitarian

5:27

Aid on a high

5:31

level they say 600 trucks per day

5:35

allowing for the

5:38

Reconstruction of Gaza and all the

5:43

rest for those who don’t know the

5:46

history lifting the blockade of Gaza

5:50

allowing for the Reconstruction of Gaza

5:54

and all the

5:55

rest it was

5:57

promised after oper operation cast

6:01

LED it was

6:04

promised after Israel assaulted the

6:07

humanitarian

6:08

flotilla the Maui

6:11

mura it was

6:13

promised after

6:15

operation pillar of Defense in

6:20

2012 it was

6:23

promised after operation protective Edge

6:27

in 2014

6:30

and nothing came of

6:33

it uh

6:35

as at the time of operation pillar of

6:39

defense the defense minister was aood

6:46

Barak and he said they were signing an

6:51

agreement to end the

6:53

operation these Hightech killing

6:57

spres they were signing an

7:01

agreement and it included a

7:05

ceasefire

7:06

plus the lifting or the easing of the

7:11

blockade and at the

7:14

time um Barack

7:18

told the other Israeli officials who

7:22

were debating whether the designed the

7:24

ceasefire

7:26

plus the end of the blockade or the

7:29

easing of the

7:30

blockade he said

7:32

quote a day after the

7:36

ceasefire no one will remember what is

7:40

written in that agreement I think that’s

7:43

absolutely correct I think after the

7:47

ceasefire and the exchange the mutual

7:50

exchange of

7:51

hostages between Israel and

7:56

Hamas all the promises about

8:00

admitting

8:02

humanitarian Aid and allowing for the

8:08

Reconstruction

8:09

in

8:11

Gaza all of that will

8:14

vanish like

8:16

snow in the spring Sunshine it won’t

8:21

happen
