We urge all people of conscience to resist the propaganda telling you to hold your nose and vote for genocide. If you vote for genocide, you are actively consenting to it and enabling it. Don’t let them talk you out of your humanity. Stopping genocide is the moral imperative of our time.
Voting against genocide is a practical imperative as well. Half a million Palestinian lives hang in the balance from starvation imposed by Israel, according to the UN. Now polio and cholera are intensifying the threat.
Every vote against genocide is a shot across the bow of empire, announcing that its days are numbered and that the opposition is getting organized. This builds the pressure for a ceasefire and a weapons embargo, and brings the day closer when we will achieve them.
As Frederick Douglass said, power concedes nothing without a demand. Your vote is that demand. Voting for the lesser evil disappears your opposition to genocide. In fact, there is no lesser evil. In this race we have two greater evil choices. We say forget the lesser evil and fight for the greater good – like our lives depend on it. Because they do.
The political elites want you to think you are small and powerless, and that resistance is futile. This is a propaganda campaign to disarm you. In fact, a large majority of Americans want an immediate ceasefire and diplomatic solution to the genocide on Gaza. On top of that, one in three eligible voters didn’t vote in 2020, with those voters being mostly low-income, people of color and young – the very voters our anti-genocide, pro-worker agenda speaks to by calling for an end to genocide now, a weapons embargo to Israel, a $25 minimum wage, health care as a human right through medicare for all, free public higher education, national rent control, reparations, and an end to mass incarceration and police violence. We can pay for these programs by cutting the massive bloated military budget and requiring the rich to pay their fair share of taxes.
We can have an America that works for all of us. It begins by ending the genocide and moving from a militarized foreign policy to a new foreign policy based on international law, human rights and diplomacy – and moving the trillions squandered on endless war to the urgent needs of the American people here at home.
The Muslim-American community has the experience, the insight and the moral fiber to stand up and lead the way. Together with students, Jews, Christians and people of faith and humanity, we are an unstoppable force for a world that works for all of us. We must build that world starting now.

Israel’s Security Minister proudly showed this video in 2017 of his mentor, the terrorist Rabbi Kahane, bragging for fundraising that he kidnapped a 3-year-old Palestinian boy from his father, turned him Jewish & gave him to an Israeli family so he wouldn’t become a “terrorist”.
That boy, Sade Pollak, says the very same minister, Itamar Ben Gvir, used to send him to graffiti hateful messages, slash car tires & smash windshields when he was a teenager (they very thing Kahane claimed was trying to prevent the boy from doing by kidnapping him from his Palestinian family).
Sade said Ben Gvir would pay him $60 for a full night of graffiti & destruction.
When the police caught Sade once & couldn’t find his name in the system, he realized he was the kidnapped boy from Kahane’s fundraising video & that his dad was Palestinians. That turned his world upside down.
Later, however, Sade learned his dad was not Palestinian at all, but rather nobody knows who his father was. Israeli Kahanists found a single mother & exploited her situation to make up a racist story to fundraise in the US.
I don’t know which part of the story is the worst; openly bragging about kidnapping a Palestinian boy & giving him to an Israeli family? or making that story up for fundraising? or American donors finding this story touching enough to pour donations into Kahane’s pockets for it? or a sitting minister thinking this is a very inspiring story to show about his terrorist mentor? or that Israel literally has a terrorist as Security Minister & the entire Western world pretends it’s no big deal?….

NEED TO ENFORCE ARMS EMBARGO According to information received, the vessel #Kathrin, flying with Portuguese flag, is expected to deliver 8 containers of explosives to Israel.
These explosives are reportedly key components in the aircraft bombs and missiles that Israel is deploying against besieged Gaza and in its genocidal campaign against the Palestinians.
